Finding a house is time consuming - so we got Lucy of Property Inspirations on board to help us. At first, we were a little unsure of what our requirements were, but after spending time with Lucy at a face-to-face meeting, she soon identified what kind of property we were after and what areas we would be interested in. Once she knew what our requirements were, she was able to identify which properties would be suitable for us and she liaised with estate agents on our behalf. After viewing a number of properties, and fine tuning our requirements, Lucy managed to find us the house that we eventually bought. As Lucy built up a relationship with the local estate agents, it meant that we were viewing properties that had only just come on to the market and this gave us an advantage over the other buyers in the area. Ultimately, I do not believe that we would have managed to secure the property that we bought had we not used Property Inspirations. We would use Property Inspirations again and would recommend our friends and family to use their services.
