This month I have been helping three MBA students from the London Business School find accommodation in St Johns Wood & Baker Street. They required a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property within a 10 minute walk of the London Business School.
They wanted to use a home search agent in St Johns Wood & Baker Street as they did not know the area well, they were based in Hong Kong and couldn’t do any viewings and they wanted to get a better deal!
They only needed a short term let of 4 months and therefore wanted the rent to include all utility bills and council tax, this is quite unusual to find when renting an entire flat in London. The property also required being fully furnished to include bedding and all cooking utensils.
It was very worthwhile for my client using a property finder in St Johns Wood & Baker Street as this resulted in them saving over £300 per week as the rental price was negotiated down by 20%.
This project took one month to compete and I am now looking forward to my next home search in South Kensington! I’ll keep you posted!
