Originally the hunting ground of the ever ebullient Henry VIII, the land was transformed by Britain’s foremost architect of the time John Nash into the beautiful park that it is today.
To the north of Regent’s Park lies Primrose Hill and to the south is Marylebone, so it is in a fantastic location with excellent transport.
Regent’s Park is probably most famous for its excellent educational facility Regent’s College, London Business School and the London Zoo, which are situated within the grounds of the park. There is also a large range of activities within the park including open air entertainment, tennis, boating and designated walks.
In regards to your local neighbours you will be rubbing shoulders with the likes of the Prince of Brunei and the American Ambassador, so you can’t really complain.
