We have 3 fee packages to suit different budgets and property finding requirements.

1. Fixed Fee

If you would like to know the total cost to budget for when using our property finding service despite the property value then we would be happy to talk through the options we have for you.

2. Hourly Fees

If you only require assistance during parts of your property finding process then we can offer this service at an hourly fee.

2. Percentage of Property Value Fees

If you would prefer the assurance of only paying a fee once your property has been found for you then this package would suit you.  We either charge a competitive percentage of the property value or percentage of the negotiated saving we make you.  A non refundable deposit payment applies.

Whether you are renting or buying a property throughout our time together, you have the confidence of our Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.
